Get Panic Attacks Under Control in 90 minutes or less.

February 27, 2010 in Hypnotherapy by Noel

Panic Attacks strike people of all ages and are frequently related to a short term stress. However there are people who have to deal with seemingly random panic attacks that can strike when the least expect them.

The main stream approach is to prescribe medication that helps reduce the physical symptoms however it does not treat the underlying causes.

Using Hypnotherapy it is quite possible for the client to discover rapid changes meaning that rather than having 5 to 10 panic attacks a day to maybe just a couple a week.

My clients that have consulted me with regard to panic attacks have all reported that they notice the change after the first session and rarely need more than 6 sessions.

Erase The Phobias In Your Life Through Hypnotherapy

February 27, 2010 in Hypnotherapy by Noel

Do you fear darkness to such an extent that even a 20 second experience in the dark can leave you breathless and terrorized? Have you not stepped out into a street for the last 2 years because you were too scared of the crowds? Does the sight of a spider make you scream in horror? If any of these examples relate to you, then you might be suffering from a phobia even without knowing it.

There are all kinds of phobias in the world. Phobia of injections, phobia of flying phobia of public speaking, and phobia of creepy crawlies, people are inflicted with a surprisingly large number of phobias. But most of us get through our lives dismissing these phobias as fears. However, there is a crucial difference between fear and a full blown phobia. While fear is a rational feeling which originates out of our survival instinct phobia is essentially irrational. A fear can keep you from being harmed a phobia on the other hand can cripple your existence.

How can you successfully tackle your phobia? Is there a way out? Yes there is, and it is called hypnotherapy. Hypnotherapy has had a long standing record in successfully eliminating phobias from peoples lives, and the good news is that hypnotherapy is available in West London and East Hertfordshire. Hypnotherapy can help you overcome your irrational fear of things and situations by making your subconscious awaken to the irrationality. A qualified hypnotherapist can take you on a journey back into your past to discover where the phobia originated. It could have been a childhood incident which your conscious mind has forgotten, but your subconscious has held on to.

Hypnotherapy has a variety of techniques to help you with your situation. Through visualizations and NLP methods, not only can you identify the cause behind your phobia, but also learn to deal with it in your present life. It can teach your subconscious mind to adopt a different pattern of behavior, so that when you are faced with your phobia, you can deal with it in a fearless fashion. Hypnotherapy teaches you to relax and be calm under stressful situations, and you will be surprised with the results.

The results which you can achieve with Hypnotherapy are effective and long lasting. You can keep reverting back to the techniques of self hypnosis at any point in time to tackle a phobic situation. You can auto suggest your mind to be brave and fearless. Go ahead give hypnotherapy a try to treat your phobias. Hypnotherapy has brought respite from phobias closer home.

Your 10 Step Guide to Create Your Own Anaesthesia Today.

February 27, 2010 in Hypnotherapy by Noel

There was a superb television delight on here in the UK entitled ‘Hypno-Surgery’ recently and it showed a man receiving hypno-surgery. That is, he had a hernia operation without any anaesthesia other than by using hypnosis.

Of course, it is a sensation because it is on television, however, these have been done for years. There are lots of filmed studies and masses of research that has been done using hypnosis alone when performing surgery.

Many ways have been used to alleviate pain over the years and I have experienced many myself and found hypnosis accompanied with a range of mind skills and tools to be by far the best way of overcoming and altering my response to it.

Can you remember a time when you had a paper cut and you did not realise that you had it until later on that day when you saw it with your own eyes? It was not until you saw it that it hurt and thought “oooh that smarts a bit.” This is naturally occurring anaesthesia, the capacity which exists within us all.
