Most people want to go somewhere with their lives but they are not willing to leave the comfort of their miseries. A better life is an unknown life factor for many people. If we do not understand how to achieve a better life, we find ourselves compromising for a less than adequate existence.

Quite often, bright schoolchildren achieve classroom grades that simply do not appear to reflect their mental power. These children complete their schoolwork, work hard in the classroom, but still get low test grades. Parents often misinterpret poor grades on exams as failure to study and prepare, but this frequently is not accurate. Usually, test anxiety is a major source of poor grades.

Conflict within yourself,more often than not, happens between the conÂscious part of your mind and also the unconscious part. Do you ever tell yourself, “Well a bit of me needs to try and do this, but then once more another part of me needs t do that.” If you are doing then you can be sure that there is an inner conflict going on. Basically these conflicting bits are sub-personalities with intentions that are typically conflicting. Having conflicting elements gets you nowhere however to uncerÂtainty. They’re an open invite to anxiety, stress and lose of self–confidence.
