Quite often, bright school­children achieve classroom grades that simply do not appear to reflect their mental power. These children complete their schoolwork, work hard in the classroom, but still get low test grades. Parents often mis­in­terpret poor grades on exams as failure to study and prepare, but this fre­quently is not accurate. Usually, test anxiety is a major source of poor grades.

How to Eradicate Inner Conflict

Conflict within yourself,more often than not, happens between the con­scious part of your mind and also the uncon­scious part. Do you ever tell yourself, “Well a bit of me needs to try and do this, but then once more another part of me needs t do that.” If you are doing then you can be sure that there is an inner conflict going on. Basically these con­flicting bits are sub-​​personalities with intentions that are typ­ically con­flicting. Having con­flicting elements gets you nowhere however to uncer­tainty. They’re an open invite to anxiety, stress and lose of self–confidence.
